FRACTIONAL GENERAL COUNSEL SERVICES FOR START-UPS
Legal services are a necessity, but big law firms are outrageously expensive, automated solutions aren’t comprehensive or personal, and it’s difficult to find a single, umbrella solution that covers all (or even most) of your company’s needs.
At the same time, you’re not yet ready to hire full time in-house counsel.

MEET NATALIE

Natalie began her career at White & Case LLP doing mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, and pharmacuetical co-development and licensing deals. She then moved to Wells Fargo to continue practicing mergers and acquisitions while advising Wells Fargo’s start-up accelerator.
Seeking to return to her roots in biology, she ultimately shifted her career towards biotech and pharma. Since 2018, Natalie has been in-house at Zymergen, Mammoth Biosciences, Human Immunology Biosciences, and Biogen.
